About Mr. Giordano
Mr. Giordano is a Consultant Surgeon and Pelvic Floor Clinical Lead at the Royal London Hospital, Barts Health NHS Trust. Mr. Giordano qualified in Medicine from the University of Naples, Italy in 1990. He has a Fellowship from the Department of Colorectal Surgery of the Cleveland Clinic, Florida, and a Senior Colorectal Fellowship from the Centre for Academic Surgery, the Royal London Hospital.
Mr. Giordano was one of the first Colorectal surgeons in the UK to promote cutting-edge THD surgery for piles. He has been training and mentoring surgeons across the country and overseas on this new surgery technique. He has been a member of the directive council of the Association of Coloproctology of Great Britain & Ireland and is currently the European vice president of the International Society of University of Colorectal Surgery.
