Mr Tarun Singhal is an award-winning Consultant Colorectal and Laparoscopic Surgeon at King’s College Hospital, Chelsfield Park Hospital, The Sloane Hospital, The Blackheath Hospital, HCA at The Shard, London Bridge Hospital, HCA Harley Street Clinic, Devonshire Diagnostic Centre.
Mr Singhal NHS practice is based at the Princess Royal University Hospital, Farnborough (King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust). Mr Singhal was awarded King’s Commendation (King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust) in December 2018 for outstanding service to the Trust and its patients.
Mr Singhal has completed a Fellowship in laparoscopic colorectal surgery, peritoneal malignancy, low rectal surgery, and multivisceral resections from Basingstoke. Mr Singhal has also completed a Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic and Robotic Colorectal Surgery from the University of Portsmouth.
Mr Singhal has more than 20 years of experience in surgery including advanced keyhole or laparoscopic surgery for colon and rectal cancers, inflammatory bowel diseases or complex Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis, complex hernias and haemorrhoids. Mr Singhal also undertakes routine general surgery such as pilonidal disease, banding and THD and Rafaelo for haemorrhoids, fistulas, anal fissures, removal of benign skin lumps, hernia repairs performed as day cases and gastrointestinal investigations such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy and removal of polyps.
Mr Singhal was awarded King’s Commendation (King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust) in December 2018 for outstanding service to the Trust and its patients.
Mr Singhal has published and made international presentations on numerous papers on the treatment of various gastrointestinal conditions.
